--cw 100 and lock the seed helps but honestly it drifts. Other route: make one clean turnaround sheet and use that as the cref image every time, instead of the last good frame. Chaining frames compounds the drift.

I stopped fighting it and cut around it. Wide shots, backs of heads, hands. The face only shows in maybe eight of the frames and those I generate in one sitting from the same seed.
