Lovable built my signup sheet but anyone can see everyone's phone number. How do I lock that down?

Tool Shed, for my block. You sign up with your name and phone so neighbors can text you about the ladder. I opened it in a private window without signing in and the whole list is right there.

That's row level security. Lovable leaves it off on new tables so the preview works. In Supabase open the table, Authentication > Policies, turn RLS on, then add a policy so only signed-in users can select. Tell Lovable you did it and it'll write the policy for you if you ask.

Same thing happened with Kiln Queue. Students' emails were public for about a day before someone told me. What arun said fixed it.

Turned it on and now the list is empty unless you're signed in, which is what I wanted. Thank you both. I did not know there was a switch.

Replies sit in the order people agree with them; the ones the asker marks “helped” lead. Names, never a number.
