Why there are no numbers here

There are no followers here, no likes, no scores. We took them out on purpose.

Most people who make things with these tools are not engineers. A lot of them post once, see a small number next to it, and never post again. The number does the talking and it says the wrong thing.

So we use names instead. A reply sits where people agree it should sit. The asker marks what helped. On a Profile you see who you’ve met, not how many. That’s the whole idea.
