ElevenLabs reads my VO script too fast. How do you get real pauses without typing the word 'pause'?

   <break time="1.5s" /> works right in the text, up to about 3 seconds. A full stop and then a new paragraph also slows it more than an ellipsis does. That's what I use in Run Lines.

   Dropping stability to around 0.3 makes it breathe more, weirdly. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Not reliable but worth a go.

   break tags help. Still not documentary pace, more like news pace. Might just stretch the placeholder by 1.2x in the timeline for now.
