Midjourney: how do I keep the same bus driver across 12 storyboard frames?

   Make one clean shot of him you like, then use that image as the reference on every other frame (the reference slot in the imagine bar, or --oref if you're typing flags). Keep the prompt describing the scene, not him, or it'll fight the reference.

   And lock the seed once you get a look you like. Won't make him identical but keeps the lighting and lens in the same family across frames.
